What is your return policy? The puppy may be returned within 48 hours with a 25% restocking fee. The puppy must have no visible, physical or mental signs of damage, abuse or sickness. The restocking fee is considerably less than the actual cost of accepting the puppy back into our stock. The puppy will have to be quarantined and vet checked again. Only after the puppy passes the vet check will the refund be given. This is the most responsible way to handle a returned puppy. Back to top
